Been a while since I bought anything but got these from CEX. The Valiant Ones is a 4k UHD.

We've all spent money in a Cex shop today.

These two cost me $8 credit. Vigilante has been hovering at 10-12 for weeks and was suddenly $6 today.

There have been two copies of Vigilante in my local for a few weeks. As you say around ten to twelve quid. Both were gone today.

I've also been wanting to own that since it was released, but haven't bought a copy yet.

I bought it on dvd from Asda when it originally came out...Criterion at Asda, haha.

I still haven't watched it. It makes a Tarantino film seem like a bonus feature it's that long. I think the only film i own that's longer is Lawrence of Arabia at 227 mins.

My Asda seems to be abandoning physical media altogether. As of the past fortnight the dvd/blu section consists of about 8 films.

Really? They seem to be expanding the cd section in the two nearest me.

Not to the detriment of the films though.

CDs??? Haven't sold CDs in ours for about a year now. They used to have a huge section then gradually reduced it down. Up until about a month ago it was video games/dvds and a small selection of blus. Now it's just the video games and a very very small selection of blus.

I'd have bought the new Deep Purple album today had it actually been in stock and not simply a place holder for it.
