Watched a few Blu rays over the last couple of days.... SNATCH-Looks and sounds great DISTRICT 9-Fantastic film all round CLIFFHANGER-Best looking I've seen it.

After the misfire (IMO) of Death Proof, I had low hopes for Inglourious Basterds. But then I watched it - Tarantino sneaked in at the last moment to make what is arguably the best film of the decade. The scripting is flawless, the performances pitch perfect and it's overall just a joy to watch. Also love the nod to Hugo Stiglitz - now how many people would even know who he is? Possibly one of the most obscure references that he's ever used, but I was quite chuffed that Tarantino recognises the mightiness of this man! LOL!
