Watched the original I Spit On Your Grave the other night, bought it on a whim whilst I was in HMV and sort of regret it. Always been meaning to see it, but it was just... meh. Picture was pretty shoddy too.

Last night I watched Cross of Iron, which was damn good. I was surprised how great it looks after all these years.

I also ordered Hanna steelbook, Scarface steelbook and Maniac Cop from Zavvi. It was the cheapest place to get them all from, plus I used a £5 off voucher. Bargain.

I thought Animal Kingdom was superb, though not a truly great film. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 when I reviewed it.

I go to car boots all the time. My bloody valentine 3d and valkyrie for a quid each was the best bargain I ever got.

But I still remember the old fella opening his boot and plonking down loads of new releases like the wolfman and star trek, coraline in 3d, 24 season 8, all for 4 quid each, my blu-ray collection quadrupled overnight!

Old fella told me he was clearing out before moving to australia, didnt have the heart to say his discs would have played over there!

I've never seen a version of Halloween III where the drill murder was any more graphic than the one shown in the Universal DVD, and I've seen different versions of the film a fair few times on TV & video over the years.

The Thorn EMI video shortened the drill murder & the first time I saw the film virtually uncut was on BBC1 bar the single 'f' word being removed.
