Across the board, nothing really modern, recent purchases include Joni Mitchell, Paul Simon, The Shins, Ulver, Grimes, Dead Can Dance, Joanna Newsom and Alsadair Roberts! Oh and Arcade Fire haha.

Perhaps the greatest comic book adaptation ever made. I also love American Splendor – Paul Giamatti is amazing.

I've never seen American Splendor. I'll keep an eye out for it. I really like Paul Giamatti. He's one of those actors who always goes under my radar but i always enjoy his performances such as in The Illusionist which i watched again recently.

I don't know if it helps to have read the original graphic novel or not, but it's an excellent book if you have a chance to get it cheaply somewhere and give it a read.

Reading through all these posts and realise a top 10 for me might be impossible. Realised I'd missed this...

and of course this...

But then the Coen bros get some astonishingly good soundtracks....

Also...

and one of the best unused soundtracks because of that c*** Jimmy paige

Damn! Oh Brother!!!

Missed that as well. Alison Krauss is like an angel singing Down to the River to Pray.

Makes me want to turn religious...almost!

You'd think the clown who posted the song would spell her name correctly.

Well thought i'd arrive early for a change, still not certain wether these are divided correctly though.
Some soundtracks contain songs that seem to be recorded specifically for the film but i didn't feel fell into the score category, and visa versa.
Nevermind here they are.

Soundtracks

Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls
Party Animal (Great Soundtrack Featuring Buzzcocks/R.E.M)
Mad Monster Party
Return Of The Living Dead
Harold And Maude
Easy Rider
Hardware
Repo Man
Psychomania
Pulp Fiction

Score

The Good, The Bad And The Ugly
Suspiria
Deep Red
Cannibal Holocaust
The Beyond
Dirty Harry
Wicker Man
Vampyros Lesbos
The Proposition
Beyond The Black Rainbow

I have so many individual songs from cult horror/Giallo that i love but didn't feel able to include because i'm not sure of the whole soundtrack.
Such as 'Living dead at Manchester morgue" intro song.
