What the hell's going on?!

Is it top 10 crime films, top 10 crimes against cinema, top 10 films from 1981, top 10 penis transplant films... I'm a tad lost.

I have no idea what's going on seems to have escalated out of control

Right so I'm gonna do two lists.
One will be my top ten based on my understanding of what a crime film is.
The other will be a top ten based on what wikipedia considers a crime film. so you can expect the likes of Maniac Cop 3 and From Dusk Til Dawn.

Top Ten Cops and Robbers

Same as before no film Noir or Giallo.
