One of the major plot threads is Norman unable to remember what he does when he is 'Mother' and the memories he repressed regarding killing her and her lover., I consider memory loss to be an important aspect of the character and film.

I thought this seemed a good topic for the weather and the time of year as I've noticed a few people are already watching Christmas films and may wish to reappraise the list they made last time. I'll have to look at what I considered my favourite and see what, if anything I feel like re-watching and switching around.

Last time we did snow was longer ago than I realised. I've definitely seen a few things since.

There are a lot of snowy films i really like. Arguments could easily be made for It's A Wonderful Life, Jeremiah Johnson, Day of the Outlaw, Winter in Wartime, Cliffhanger, Home Alone 2...
