One of the major plot threads is Norman unable to remember what he does when he is 'Mother' and the memories he repressed regarding killing her and her lover., I consider memory loss to be an important aspect of the character and film.

Thank you to all of those who contributed your lists of favourite films about amnesia and memory loss and participated in discussions about which you thought qualified, and why. I really enjoyed seeing people debating the merits of certain films and why they fitted into the category. This week, I am taking a cue from the weather!

Snow Based Films

I thought this seemed a good topic for the weather and the time of year as I've noticed a few people are already watching Christmas films and may wish to reappraise the list they made last time. I'll have to look at what I considered my favourite and see what, if anything I feel like re-watching and switching around.

Last time we did snow was longer ago than I realised. I've definitely seen a few things since.

There are a lot of snowy films i really like. Arguments could easily be made for It's A Wonderful Life, Jeremiah Johnson, Day of the Outlaw, Winter in Wartime, Cliffhanger, Home Alone 2...
These haven't changed really.

Nos. Can you come up with any topics we haven't had before?
