Nos. Can you come up with any topics we haven't had before?

If you're after another topic, one which hasn't been done before, how about portmanteau films, those which comprise several short stories, sometimes with one overriding theme. These aren't to be confused with 'hyperlink' films, the ones which (like Pulp Fiction, for example) use a non-chronological storyline and interwoven character arcs.

If you want to those from Hammer and Amicus, that's fine, but there are plenty of other examples, as illustrated by the gif below.

Portmanteau or Anthology Films

If you want to do a list for each category (Snow and Portmanteau), then the more the merrier!

Awesome lists, B – I'll certainly be using this for reference when considering my collection and those I've seen but don't own in order to compile my own list.

I'm sorry but that's a bit half assed Dem, surely a man of your taste can distinguish the Amicus anthologie's.
I'll give you a tip " From beyond the grave" is the best.

I could not tell you which film has which stories except the Joan Collins Santa tale is Tales From the Crypt.

Although i like them all i never choose to watch one. Not sure why.

The only one i've watched twice on dvd is Asylum. The aforementioned Tales episode i rewatched last December.

Going back to my list i'm not sure i'd actually have Trick r' Treat on there. Is it a portmanteau? I'm not so sure as the stories all interlock on the lines of Pulp Fiction which Nos said was excluded.
