Apart from some cool FX the film is terrible i went in with an open mind but the characters are so unlikeable and none of the jokes worked for me especially Chris Hemsworth just came across forced. Better off sticking to your guns RiK and ignoring this one

Depending on which version of A Christmas Carol you've included, I don't know if it would count as a remake and not one of a long line of different adaptations of Charles Dickens' timeless classic.

I did well to avoid the trailer until it was on before X-men: Apocalypse, looked absolutely shite, not surprised considering it stars the unbelievably unfunny Melissa McCarthy!

What i had in mind was the 1938 version as original and remake was the 1951 version, my bad i should have mentioned it in the list

She is far from the worst thing in it maybe shes the best of the 4 now that should tell you all there is to know.

What worries me is that Mr. Barlow thinks the Ghostbusters thing is a better film than The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Hills Have Eyes, Magnificent Seven, Heat, Ben-Hur, The Departed, 3:10 to Yuma, Cape Fear, Scarface, Halloween, House of Wax, King Kong....
