High praise indeed!

I hope I'm not either, although my feeling is that I won't be. Bone Tomahawk is another I really want to seek out. Is it fairly horror-ry? Not that it's stopped me before, but I was unsure whether to try and factor it in to my October viewing.
It's more horror-ry and scarier than a million Paranormal Experiences. In my opinion.

See, The Avengers wasn't that different to Penda's Fen being a chain of interlocking images.

I should point out that my list is in order of viewing and not order of preference, I can see that could be confusing

I'm embarrassed to say that Bone Tomahawk is still in the cellophane I really liked The Witch though, I found it to be a gripping exploration of mania with some excellent photography and music. I did think that the metaphor for puberty was a bit heavy handed though!

I was unable to see either of them at the cinema because they just weren't on near me...

Perhaps metaphors weren't really on the film makers agenda and your head just decided on that idea.

After all The Satanic Temple endorsed the film, even going as far as starting a tour for the film, which began on February 10, 2016.The Satanist group believes "The film will signal the call-to-arms for a Satanic uprising against the tyrannical vestiges of bigoted superstitions, and will harken a new era of liberation and unfettered inquiry", and started a website where people can "officially register themselves into 'The Book of Satan'.

It was all the shots of various family members staring at Thomasin's breasts and the they they treat her after they noticed them. That being said I did really enjoy it.

Eddie The Eagle is on my radar, I want to see that one!
