Do you have many 35mm films?
Thanks. I currently only have three, the first struck print for Fulci's 7 Doors Of Death, When A Stranger Calls (able to get it for a bargain), and Halloween.

It's an original theatrical print. If the colors look great in those screenshots to you then that's ok. To each his own. It's pretty obvious that the colors have been tinkered with to make it look just a little more drabby, cool and dare I say, modern? The same thing was done to The Fog although I've never had the pleasure of seeing that in a cinema. The old blu ray is no great shakes either though. The colors have been boosted and some sloppy dnr has been applied. My good friend said he will get this blu ray so I'll borrow it from him and make my final judgement then.

I don't think you can trust the colours on a 35 year old film print tbh, cool that you have one though.

Planning on going to HMV first thing monday to see if they have the new releases of POLTERGEIST 2 & 3, CARRIE and ROSEMARY'S BABY in store.

Roger Moore action/adventure film GOLD (1974) is coming to blu ray from Odeon on November 11th. Great news I hope someone releases THE SEA WOLVES next.

I own it, and it's quite nice in person. The red sits well with the other two Evil Dead steelbooks I own.

Makes me hope for uniformity sake, that if Army of Darkness gets a steelbook, it gets a predominately red case, maybe using that poster that was the old MGM cover.
