But Universal will probably release it region-free across the pond anyway, so there's always that option as well. |

I did some advance purchasing a while ago using the £5 off £50 at Zavvi as well as a 10% off voucher and pre-ordered Apocalypse Now, the Scarface Limited Edition Cigar Box and The Lord of the Rings Blu-ray box set. There is something reassuring about having ordered something way in advance as the dispatch e-mail comes as a very nice surprise!

Any one else really not like this artwork for the Scarface Steelbook? I think I will have to end up getting it though, as I cant afford the cigar version and I much prefer steel books over standard plastic cases. |

I quite like it as it's a different interpretation of the classic image and I wouldn't want his Steelbook with the same image as I have on two of my DVD's!

Cross of Iron is one of the few Sam Peckinpah films I haven't seen but, with specs like that, it will be a day one purchase for me, along with Ice Cold in Alex.

I've seen Ice Cold in Alex, which is a superb and beautifully photographed film so it should look outstanding in HD. I love just about every Peckinpah film I've seen, so I don't expect Cross of Iron to be anything less than magnificent!
