Me too. That looks like a pretty nice package and the reading material should be good given how much there is to say about Ayrton Senna and how the film was created.

So it seems SIlent Running and Touch of Evil will have steelbooks as well. Touch of Evil will be HMV exclusive though. From what I can make out by searching around, the preorders that are up now are for the regular amaray versions only.

I may have to change my pre-orders to the steelbooks in that case.

Thanks for the info; I was hoping these would be steelbooks also.

Here is the link to pre-order Touch Of Evil at HMV -

Touch Of Evil Masters Of Cinema Hmv Exclusive Ltd Steelbook (2011): BLU-RAY: hmv.com

They have Silent Running listed at £12.99, but no mention of steelbook or even that it is a limited edition.

I changed my Touch of Evil pre-order over to the Steelbook this morning.

It may be that the Silent Running Steelbook could be an exclusive, only available direct from Eureka, but I'm sure time will tell.

From what I gather, the Silent Running steelbook will be available everywhere. I imagine it's just a delay in getting the preorder up and HMV getting in with Touch Of Evil as it's all theirs.

Interesting idea. Have they done this before? Other than Metropolis and Shogun Assassin have Eureka released any other steelbook editions? I didn't know you could by direct from Eureka; I will have to check that out!

Good point, and is probably the case.

You can join their mailing list, and they send you details of all upcoming titles and offers etc.

Here's the ones for August - New Releases; Blu Offers; Clearance

As for exclusive Steelbooks; they did a version of The Human Centipede (with a T-shirt) that was only available through Eureka direct.

They also had an exclusive pre-order offer for the Metropolis Steelbook with a T-shirt.

I've just cancelled my Touch of Evil and replaced it with the steelbook. I'm not normally that fussed, but considering how much the Psycho steelbook rocketed in value, I tend to order them as a preference if offered both now. I got the Akira SB, and Scarface is also preordered as the SB version. I wouldn't actively hunt them out though

Blimey, the BD's are so cheap buying direct from Eureka!
