I absolutely love that film so much. I'd love a bluray release of it actually.

Having bought quite a bit of second sights stuff, I'm willing to bet £100 that they go for the german masters.

Also MANOS trumps plan 9 any day of the week, TORGO RULES!

I don't know what anyone is complaining about. Zombie Lake in HD would be worth it for the first five minutes alone.

Oh yeah ? What happens ? Is this the skinny-dipping volleyball team or something ? I haven't seen the film...

It's basically an.excuse for a soft core shoot of one lady that ends in a zombie attack.

I have to say, as a method of having it in the collection, I'm more than happy with my Arrow DVD I got for a quid at a charity shop ages ago and wouldn't really want to pay anymore.

I still think it's a shame that Zombie Lake can make it to Blu-ray before films like Braindead, Razorback and City of Lost Children etc etc

I didn't know about this...film...until Hawk's post so I did a bit of investigating and it seems there's been quite a phenomenon going on behind my sleeping back ! I've been watching some of this online and jeez this one is a real howler, just terrible ! I don't think I'd spend a cent on this film but happily the whole thing is up on youtube. Incidentally, I've been seeing the pic below for ages now around the Web and it was driving me nuts whose ugly mug was steering back me - looks to me like Hugh Grant after suffering some paralyzing stroke - now that I know it's the auteur of The Room I can rest easy...

It's truly a marvelous experience to watch. It's not that it's just badly shot and acted (and often dubbed) but the whole 'story' is such a mess with plot strands opening then being quickly forgotten about and with one character disappearing halfway through the film only to be seemingly replaced by a different character who serves the same purpose. There are so many quotable lines too.

It's supposedly making its way to blu-ray, they went all quiet about it though.
