All we have to do now, is wait for the email reply saying "unfortunately, when we said 'everyone' who wants a replacent, we only meant US customers".....

Well if Scream Factory have any say in this that's exactly what will happen just as it did with their Bruce Lee set. Hopefully they wont pass on their bad habits to Anchor Bay in this case.

I'm not going to lose any sleep over this either way, the error hardly shows up in my main blu-ray player and its not like I even like Halloween 4 that much. I'm more interested to know if Arrow are going to replace Shivers, but that's another story.

I doubt it. They know the level of abuse they've get all over the internet from people if they tried something like that.

Like Stephen, I doubt it, because people can be very determined. Also, if e-mail isn't productive, there's always Facebook and Twitter.

I bought the limited edition Halloween set but have got nowhere near even opening it yet, so what's the deal with Halloween 4? What is wrong with it?
