Over all, probably the best off comic book franchise as far as movie go.

And the PROPER "Batman" film from 1966, with Adam West and Burt Ward

THE BURNING - Been ages since last ween. Time hasn't altered my outlook. Should've been more excessive. Should've stuck with the sleazy groove suggested by first fifteen minutes. As it stands, only a good F13 rip, despite moments of clear excellence.
FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE - Seventies exploitation curio with a very skewed take on 'race relations' (which are only socioeconomic fantasies anyway). If Blaxploitation was about projecting and milking the fantasia of a new consumer class, this is its apotheosis - all the while disguised as anti-Blaxploitation, dynamic of oppression and revenge. Watch for role of The Man - very interesting. I am a Marxist, but a perverted Marxist.
