I wasn't overly keen on it, to be honest. I liked the tone and the manner in which it was told (almost fragmentary in nature), however, it suffered from a lazy and under-developed script filled with one dimensional characters. I gave it a 6/10.

Another one I wasn't keen on. I'd seen it before many moons ago (), and thought I'd give it a re-watch. Despite a decent opening and some nice prosthetic werewolf effects, this could be in with a chance of winning the title of dullest werewolf film ever made: 5/10.

I enjoyed Snowmageddon the other night.

I realise I have a much higher tolerance to Syfy channel style half-heartedness than most, and that lame CGI doesn't send me into conniptions as it does to many, so bear that in mind when considering what I say!

It's based around a bizarre proposition: a cursed snowglobe contraption that brings disasters of various sorts to an isolated town in Alaska. The snowglobe turns up mysteriously and is never really explained - I gather this annoyed many viewers but I loved it. Ambiguity pleases me hugely.

From this odd basis comes the usual natural disaster type fare with a strange fantasy undertone.

It's not great, but it's fun enough and weird enough to be worth a watch.
Frankie Teardrop likes this.

How would you order the Friday movies? I'd order them 3,2,4,1
I found the first one to be one of the worst movies I've ever seems, bad writing, acting, slow as hell, really dark, and boring.
The 2nd one was much better, with more likable characters, good kills, and a great villain mask and chase sequence.
The 3rd one was quite entertaining, not necessarily good, but fun, with good kills and characters, and things flying at the camera.
My opinion might be affected on the 4th, as I watched a cut to shreds tape, but the kills were still awesome, but it had nearly no plot, and almost felt like an excuse to fit as many kills into 90 minutes as possible, with an extra chase at the end.

Just watched Star Wars Episode I:The Phantom Menace with my kids, their choice, I wanted to watch Episode V, but I was out voted. Despite its flaws, I still enjoy this and the other two prequels

Watched Dead Alive on bluray last night.
Great zombie movie with amazing amounts of
Blood and gore on display. Not the best PQ on
offer but very enjoyable all the same given the
talent behind the camera. Laugh out loud moments
as well in abundance. Very entertaining.

I know you didn't ask me, but I thought I'd geg in!

10, 1, 2, 3, 9, 8...

The rest I either haven't seen or disregard as examples of Tedious Slasher Sequel Syndrome.

All opinions are always welcome

BTW, is 10 Jason X? Seems to have a bit of a following, people either love it or they hate it!

four is probably the best imo. seven the worst. ten was hysterically bad.
