Just got back from seeing 'Iron Man 3'. Dunno! I still kinda like the first one best of all! I think Starks new innovation, (trying not to give too much away for anyone who still hasn't seen it), takes something away from the idea.

I don't think it does as the story is more about Stark as a man – the fall and rise of Tony Stark, if you will – than the further exploits of Tony Stark/Iron Man and has much better characterisation and dialogue than the previous two films. Shane Black is a brilliant screenwriter, as anyone who loves Lethal Weapon and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang will know.
keirarts and troggi like this.

Fish Story.
Rewatch of this quirky but endearing tale.

I'm rewatching something else tonight for the review thread cough......

Maniac.
Yeah, the one with the Hobbit. I LIKED IT. Not taking anything away from Lustig's film, but it incorporates elements from it in a respectful way I felt. Reminded me of Drive and Snowtown in places as well (no bad thing). Ahem.

Just got back from seeing 'Star Trek: Into Darkness'. Have to say cracking movie, far better than the first film, and a nice reversal scene of an earlier movie. But the missus laughed at Spocks cry of a line usually said by Kirk!

"Far better than the first film", it must be good then as I really like the first one.
