The Awakening (2011) Was OK

From 1944:
Pin Up Girl Ok! A case of the iconic picture better than the film!
This Happy Breed Stiff upper lips chaps!
Laura Enjoyed it
House of Frankenstein Dracula, Monster and Wolfman whats not to like!
Double Indemnity Great movie
Ivan the Terrible part 1 ......errrr....ok! A bit like a silent picture only with sound!

Only film of his I can tolerate is Deck the Halls, but that's mainly for Danny DeVito, watch it every Christmas

Double Indemnity is still one of my favourite films ever. I could watch it over and over and not get bored of it!

Glory is an American civil war epic. Broderick leads the first all black regiment into battle. Morgan Freeman and Denzel Washington are also in it.

Election is a razor sharp black comedy about a teacher, a pupil (Reese Witherspoon) and the forthcoming student election. Both Broderick and Witherspoon are outstanding.
