Buck Privates (1941)

no its not a gay porno, but Abbot and Constello film about them join up to the army to avoid being arrested, while not as bad as i expected they have nothing on laurel and hardy, lot of the jokes fall flat and Abbot is an unlikable bully. we have some cringeworthy and vomit inducing propaganda songs. but there are some laughs to be had. 5/10

after trying a couple more abbot and Costello and coming to the conclusion they are shit and as funny as a dose of the clap, so taking it to cex. will get £9 part ex but the set was just over £3 so a little profit

Paranoid park

About a security guy who been found dead near there (it's a skateboard park) and they trying to find out if he was murdered or a accident ,
Basically evolves around a young and his life and going to the skateboard park .

I paid 75p ages ago I turned off half around half way through found the film slow dull and a complete bore and didn't even slightly grab my attention 75p wasted.
Only reason why I'm going to keep is I bought it on the Tartan label and I collect their films. Otherwise it probably be used as a frisbee or a coaster,
From the reviews I've read people are saying it's gus van sant best film to date.
TBH don't know much about the director but if that his best film to date dread to think what his previous will be like, I google him later can't be arsed at moment I'm going back to play god of war for a while. Or close my eyes and just watch the blackness that you see swirl around itl be more interesting than this film.
