I do like Macabre though, and have watched it a few times since picking up the Arrow DVD all those years back when the first started with their White Label releases

No don't watch the films. Anything after the third is terrible up to New Nightmare.

In all truth the only ones that mean something are the first and New Nightmare.

2 and 4 are my favourite sequels I think while 3 is good it's overated. 5 and 6 are terrible but New Nightmare saves the series!

I still enjoy watching 5 and 6 though...

Macabre 1980.

After loosing her lover in a car accident, a woman moves into a boarding house run by a blind man, is she grieving or doing something else?

I Had planned to watch this later, watched the film Prozzie but after half an hour it was switched off. This was a interesting tale of mystery and gore from Lamberto Bava Based on somewhat of a true story.

Bernice Stegers (Xtro) plays the lead of Jane, the grieving lady of her lover and seems to ignore her children so she can still be close to her dead lover in his old flat and seems to be doing alot of moaning. Stanko Molnar plays Robert the blind landlord who seems to take a shine to Jane and is curious to the moaning. The film can seem to be a bit slow and stop and one or two plot holes really missing but the acting does make up for the flaws and what really happened was anyone's seconds guess, worth a watch. 7 out of 10

It was a blind buy from Angie, dunno if she was being generous or apologetic about the way she has been with her uni work but was a decent film.

Dreams in the Witch house

A student studying string theory moves into a run down apartment block. The place seems to be invested with rats, but he has to contend with more than rats in the wall, there's an gateway to an alternate dimension where a witch lives as well as a rat with a human race, it's enjoyable but all tension is lost when the rat with the face is showing as it's funny in a bad way. Based on a H.P Lovecraft story and directed by Stuart Gordon. 6/10

Incident on and off a mountain road.

A young woman is being hunted by a deformed serial killer , it's not long before she turns the table on the killer using skills she learnt from her boyfriend. Watch out for Angus Scrimm as a old looney. 8/10

Chocolate

Turned it off what a pile of shite, if watching Elliot from ET thinking he's getting ****ed by a man and having a orgasm because he's linked to a woman is your thing give it a go.

Sick Girl

A social awkward Entomologists finds love but when she receives a strange bug ,her girlfriend starts acting strangely when the it escapes. 7.5/10
