Fast and Furious Presents: Hobbs And Shaw. 2019.

Hobbs and Shaw form a unlikely duo to stop a terrorist organisation and a enhanced villain who wants to use a virus against humanity.

Finally got round to actually watching this after a work colleague kept telling me it was the best film of the Fast and Furious franchise...I think someone deserves a kick in the bollocks. Two alpha males competing for the limelight and more screen time with too much comedy for this. I was expecting a bit more of a serious tone with with the action sequences but without Vin Diesel I feel this was a joke.

Hobbs and Shaw killed the franchise for me. It was dreadful. Hearing F9 wasn't up to much from reviews put a stop to it all completely.

The first in the series , this unlike what follows in later movies firmly grounded in the laws of physics.

Here a undercover FBI who is looking for a gang of streets racers , gets involved with a street racer gang who may or may not be involved , too complicate matters he gets involved with the gangs leader sister.

Enjoyable and grounded in reality unlike later movies. It's basically point break with street racers instead of surfers.



It's strange watching a film in this franchise without van diesel , you automatically think of him with the movies.

Here Brain who is no longer a cop and is a illegal street racer in Miami is recruited with a old friend too go undercover by the FBI and help capture a drug kingpin. Ok but really doesn't feel like fast movie.

First time watching this as Lucas Black creeps me out for some reason here he seems too be playing the world's oldest high school student!


After this might watch phantom of the mall: erics revenge.
