I've yet to see a film which benefited from the stereoscopic treatment, and that includes Avatar.

I've always considered Easy Rider to be Dennis Hopper's film as he was one of the writers, producers, stars and directed the movie. It shows what a fine actor and filmmaker he was and will be missed.

I'd say My Bloody Valentine benifited from the 3D.

I watched the r1 Anchor Bay Cat o'Nine Tails last night. It was a film i had hanging about for 6/7 years and i just never bothered to watch it.

I really didn't rate it at all, far too slow and far too long. The only decent parts to the fim were the train sequence, the short car chase and the final twenty minutes. James Franciscus was fine as the lead, but unfortunately Karl Malden's participation in the film was limited due to the fact he was playing a blind person.

As Argento's second film after the excellent Bird with the Crystal Plumage it was a great disappointment, had the running time been 85 mins rather than 112 it may have been more palatable.

I didn't see that, but it's probably true as 3-D is best used as a gimmick, which is really what it was designed as in the first place.

Just re-watched Inglourious Basterds on blu-ray. I think I'd probably say it's his best film now. Maybe his second best after Pulp Fiction.

Watched Needle, an Australian horror film. It was ok for what it was when I fancied a short diverting horror film to watch last night but overall it's a bit muddled and doesn't really work.

Watched "The Killing Machine" last night. I enjoyed this There should be more action films with recognised action stars. They may be getting old but boy do they still kick ass

Tonight I watched Nightmare and House Where Evil Dwells.

Right nightmare was good and fun flick. Kept me entertained and had ok story for what it was. Of course its not the greatest movie but still good.

However I did not like House Where Evil Dwells, it was boring to be honest and just did not have any atmosphere. Big let down.
