Put on my German mediabook of 'Torso' the other day, only to find it has no English audio or subtitles - something that I'm sure 5 mins of research could have sorted. Live and learn, I guess.
Anyway, what's the best version available? Preferably on BD.
Thanks, Lincoln.

The only other Blu of Torso I know of is from Blue Underground. A very decent release that can be picked up fairly cheaply - and it's region free too.

Came across this in JB Hi-Fi today..

Includes:
The Theatrical Release (Blu-Ray)
The Theatrical Release (DVD)
Director's Cut (Blu-Ray)
The Bootleg Director's Cut (DVD)
The Boomstick Edition (DVD)

Anyone got any advice as to what the last two versions are?

JB Hi-Fi also have on their webstore, this beauty:

Which I'll also be buying once I've got some cash aside. Going to pick up the Evil Dead 2 necronomicon eventually too. Already got the Evil Dead one.

Aha! Cheers
So the Bootleg edition is basically the director's cut. (As suggested in the title of the disc, I've just noticed)
Confused as to how they can have another disc simply titled "The Boomstick Edition", when "The Boomstick Edition" seems to be a 2-disc set that includes the director's cut and theatrical cut. Sounds like the complete set will be both cuts of the film on DVD and Blu-Ray, and a final disc that includes either both, or one more of either the director's cut or theatrical.
Definitely proceeding with caution on this one, and will be prioritising the Necronomicon edition.

EDIT: Further investigation has revealed that it's actually the Television version that's the fifth disc in the set. Intriguing..
Found a video review from someone who's bought the box set and he's got the same blu-ray edition as me and he's said he'll be getting rid of that thanks to this.

Can anyone tell me if the 'Curse of Chuckie' DVD contains any extras or not

There are some listed on the back of the Blu-Ray version, but nothing is mentioned on the back of the DVD

Thanks in advance

I have all 3 Necronomicons, and the 3rd looks a lot different to that picture, but looks better if anything. I can take a photo this afternoon and post it if you want.

As for the big set, I need to pick that up at some point too. It's a DVD sized case, but a very nice set from what I've heard.
