It's a fun flick I think you would like it. It's got to be better than that Jenna Jameson film

Demons 2. 1986, A group of tenants in a high rise building become trapped and try to survive the onslaught of Demons in their midst. Even though there is no metal mask from from the first film, it does mention the first movie, the thing that always puzzles me, everyone seems to watch the same thing, does the building come with a tv that has one channel and why does the demon only come through the tv to one person and not the others? There is one or two familiar faces from the first one who are taken on different roles yet Bobby Rhodes is da man who seems to take charge again of keeping people alive, gotta admit the Italian police have a quick response time when it comes to crashes. The Arrow release...the dubbing is all over the place and seems a bit hazy in some parts and only lasts seconds, Aside from the bashing it is still a good movie with the gore and blood that is like acid and decent background music. 516TWRXHWRL._AC_SY445_.jpg

Books of Blood (2020) TV Movies have gotten a whole lot better! An anthology collection of 3 intertwining stories, although the first one was so long, about an hour, that I forgot it was an anthology. Having never read The Books of Blood I'm not entirely sure how accurate this is, or what comes from which story, I'm not even sure that I would have enjoyed it as much if I did know. But I did enjoy it, there were genuinely chilling moments and gross bits that made me flinch and Rafi's bum which was obviously a nice bonus I should add that it seems most people weren't all that taken by this film, I guess I knew that before I watched it so possibly had lower expectations!

You really do need to read Clive Barker's Books of Blood, Justin. My personal faves by him. Not really sure how they'd translate to film though especially once the BBFC got hold of them |

Nightmare City. 1980. A plane exposed to radiation lands at a airport and the passengers now crazed mutants go on a rampage. This was a happy little number from Umberto Lenzi who took a break from the cannibals and made this, this may seem like a zombie film but the ones in this are generally not zombies, they never died and came back only exposed to a toxin or some strong radiation that mutates their skin and lets them have intelligence in using weapons and able to cut phone lines. The acting is decent and even the dubbing isn't all over the place with nice head shots that blows 3/4 of a head clean away. Decently made and worth a watch. Nightmare-City-review-01-780x470.jpg

After reading the first fifty odd pages on Monday i didn't pick it up again until today when i read another 200 in one sitting. It's not often i read so many pages in one sitting. I do like the way the prose depicts the sights, sounds and smells of winter in the woods. |
