Everyone idea of disturbing is different . Scene out of films like Grotesque and Serbian film are to some people . While others think Human centipede is because concept and story . Other can be grim films that are based on true stories eg men behind the sun . Everyone idea and opinion will be different for different reasons . Antichrist wasn't everyone film especially self mutilation. A Serbian film was just wrong on every basis. I recommend to some friends The Human Centipede and was called a few names  only film that got to me was Threads 1984 and that was a british movie made by the BBC.
