Yeah Witchfinder portrays the countryside beautifully.
Amazing when you consider the acts of brutality committed in it.

Gorgeous Paul Ferris music score too. He also acts in the film using the pseudonym 'Morris Jar' (the name was a tribute to Maurice Jarre).

I've got Beasts in the Cellar - the story of Tony Tenser and Tigon. Good read covering all Tigon history and films. Managed to get a the ltd signed copy too.

It's an excellent book and highly recommended. The Kinsey books on Hammer are also invaluable additions too.

Watched a lot of 'then' video nasties in the early 80's when I was about 12 or 13 and being so young didn't really appreciate them, esp Texas Chainsaw Massacre, I thought where is all the gore. But have since revisted them all with a different view.
