Did anyone else find it off-putting when watching 'Don't Torture A Duckling', because you were constantly thinking that The Brigadier from 'Doctor Who' had joined the Italian police force? Admittedly, side-by-side they don't look alike, but I had to keep questioning when I was watching the film

A poster for a showing of Lucio Fulci's 1971 giallo A Lizard in a Woman's Skin at the Prince Charles Cinema. Probably Fulci's best giallo after Don't Torture a Duckling released the following year.

My favorite out of giallos is bird with the crystal plumnage. about a chap called sam who is on holiday in italy and sees a woman being attacked in a museem. sam gets stuck in the window until the police turn up. he trys to discover the maniac identity, but the maniac then trys to killl him and his girlfriend. this i like very much, and used to watch with my mum all the time 97.2 out of 100. |
