The second Possessed is better than the first one I seem to remember... I got the "Possessed I & II: Collection (2 DVD Box Set)" some time ago. |

I also prefer Black Magic 2! Yep,I've seen Seeding of a Ghost! Also got original HK posters of Seeding of a Ghost and Black Magic 2. Picked them up cheap years ago. I'm currently contemplating picking up Bloody Parrot (1981)... |

More titles I remembered, still have loads of HK horror stashed away on vhs btw... Black Magic with Buddha (or Butchery) Red Spell Spells Red Btw just read somewhere that the HK dvd of Possessed 2 is heavily censored? I haven't watched the dvd yet but I'm glad I kept my vhs! Not true horror but you can't go wrong with Green Snake. Yummy. Also Bio Zombie for the fun of it. Enjoyed all the EYE movies, although do they really count as HK? Me and the wife sat and watched The Eye 10 in a theatre in Hong Kong when it came out. The crowd loved it,as did we. |

I'm also planning on getting all my old HK vhs favourites on dvd if possible. I've been planning to do this for some time now, been ordering some titles now and then but never really made a list of titles I needed to get,but I've finally started... I used to love watching HK genre films back in the day. |

Echoing sentiments but Ebola Syndrome and The Untold Story really are unmissable, particularly the former - it's just bat shit crazy.

It'll be somewhat difficult to track down legally, but horror fans could do a lot worse than Deadly camp. Shan gou 1999 (1999) - IMDb It seems to get no love on imdb but is definately worth a look. Basically its some chainsaw weilding nutcase and his retarded son living out on some remote island and mudering anyone who strays on the island and upsets his son (knowingly or otherwise.) Its main recognisable star is Tony wong who at one point actually has to jerk off the handicapped son to avoid being chainsawed! |
