I just noticed your visitor message, thanks for the birthday greetings.

I didn't do anything special on Thursday. I went to work, seeing a couple of clients, then did some paperwork and chilled out in the evening with a stir fry and a few glasses of Jameson whiskey.

Not that it's special, but going to the cinema the next morning (to see Captain Marvel) was a good way of spending a few hours.

I had a "moment" with whisky a long, long time ago and now I can't get a glass of blended "ski" within 3 feet of my face but rum tastes of Demerera sugar and warm sunshine!

Thank you kindly, Dems, my friend. I will raise my glass to you now that my son has bought me a new bottle of "Red Legs" spiced rum!
