i hate it , i allways have for me i think if i sleep 8 hours a day and i live till im 70 that would be about 23 years of my life wasted not doing anything!

Lol! I'm the complete opposite! Sleep is great! Perfect escapism. Sleep - the best thing in life lol!

yeah its mental i think im addicted i check the thread every 30mins or so while im awake and to be honest i only ever have about 4 hours sleep at night anyway!
