Yep, he was learning kimura tonight and is now the top student, with his friend, in the class. He now goes 4 times a week!

Not too bad, keeping busy with the kids mainly, then too knackered to do anything else!

Not bad at all, just got in from watching the boy MTDS at jiu jitsu. He is leaping ahead of the class now that he goes four times a week!

Thanks and the same to you and yours. Nope, not started any martial arts yet. I still lack grip and strength in my hand after breaking it in the summer.

F#ck all mate! Work and kids totally dominate my life at the moment. The boy is now going to ju jitsu three times a week and once all my injuries heal up, I am thinking about giving it ago myself as my karate teacher did one, owing the dojo 6 months rent!
