Been given a challenge by my horror buddy to find films that have never been watched by your friendly little vampire here, the gauntlet has been set and challenged accepted.

I'm looking for film title can't really remember much about it I saw it when I was 9-10 years old and that was 20 odd years ago, what I do remember a man putting eyes into what seems to be a dummy and it comes to life and a small boy in a boat throwing away his glasses. I think it was set in a theatre.
