No its just plain vanilla. I'll have to go look for a pic of the vanilla twist now and see what I'm missing out on!

I was fortunate to get a copy of Private/Stella records' Eaten Alive jungle green variant with 2 promo posters though - It came through the post today. Apparently only the first copies contained these posters, however many that was!?

It was a Death Waltz webstore exclusive.

I've been pretty unlucky with my colour variants overall. Unless it is a certainty, I never get the 'randomly inserted' limited colours/designs.

AVAILABLE NOW: STELVIO CIPRIANI - IL FIUME DEL GRANDE CAIMANO (STELLA 85009)

"Previously unreleased soundtrack of the Sergio Martino movie "Il Fiume Del Grande Caimano" aka "The Great Alligator" from 1979. Main actor was Barbara Bach ("Bond Girl" from "The Spy Who Loved Me", 1977). All tracks produced and composed by Italian cult musician Stelvio Cipriani.

The music ranges from deep and spheric electronic synthesizer experiments to mystic, progressive afro drums with fascinating electronic facets as well several discoid and futuristic compositions plus last but not least some typical soundtrack themes. The overall concept creating perfectly the feeling of an adventure trip through a dark green, foggy and magic sinister jungle scenery.

To put it straight these lost recording are a glorious surprise, a highlight for all fans of Italian vintage music and all soundtrack collectors. Obviously a Stelvio Cipriani masterpiece which leaves the question open why this fantastic album wasn't available in stores before."

A seller on amazon (I think the record label themselves with spare stock?) is selling the mini-LP soundtrack to DEATH LINE (RAW MEAT), the groovy london underground zombie film with Don Pleasance for just £3.99 so I grabbed one...

Also picked up the LP of Simon Fisher Turner's EPIC OF EVEREST soundtrack commissioned by the BFI, an absolutely brilliant bit of ambient!

Got a couple of cheap soundtracks in a charity shop in town earlier. The two Bonds were only £3 each and are the original US releases, in decent nick too

Hunted around town earlier and found these LPs! Particularly pleased with the Kung Fu one, I'm a huge fan of the series.

I've been going on spintheblackestcircles.com forum quite a bit recently and their 'what are you playing now' thread is going to bankrupt me I think, so many cool horror soundtrack LPs to hunt down!
