Apart from Her Ghost In The Fog none of those songs would be near my favourites. We obviously like different things about this band haha.

The Damnation and a Day album! I never listen to it because i can't tell where one song ends and another begins. Dani's lyrics and voice is unintelligible.

I've never even listened to that album, I only heard Midian all the way through last year. I lost touch with them after Cruelty and hated the newer stuff like Manticore but then Hammer of the Witches came out and it rekindled my appreciation. I still don't like anything between Thornography and Manticore though.

People get too stressed out about the fact that she used to be in a pop band before this project and refuse to take her seriously. They're missing out because she's an interesting and fresh breath of air. I mean, she's on Relapse Records and produced by Kristoffer Rygg of Ulver so surely that's a mark of quality?!?
