The new Carcass album Torn Arteries is at #24 in the early charts. Looks like it might sneak into the top 100 come the end of the week. It may well be a top 20 album in the physical sales chart (To me the more important)

![]() A Pale Horse Named Death - Reflections Of The Dead Infernum In Terra (24/09/2021) I've been meaning to check out this band for years and now i finally have it's the band formed by former Type O'Negative drummer Sal Abruscato. It's got a proper Type O vibe to it. Other songs have elements of Alice in Chains as well. I really like it. |

I too have never heard of them, but I'm currently streaming their new album (out today) and I really like it! Thanks Dem. By the way, looks like they have quite a few records out.

![]() Carcass - Torn Arteries charted at #62. It's their fourth top 100 UK album. As for physical sales it reached #14. Iron Maiden moved up to #3 on that chart and Spiritbox had a new entry at #8. They went top twenty in the main chart. I reckon that makes Carcass the second biggest extreme metal band in Britain. Behind Cradle of Filth who have had every album go top 100 since Cruelty and the Beast. |
