a few of mine already been mentioned above, some great choices from people here ![]() I'm not sure if my list is definitive but i'll list a few that have had an impact. Pixies - (pick pretty much any album by them) Autechre - Incunabula Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures Kraftwerk - Man Machine Ultramagnetic MC's - Critical Beatdown The Stone Roses - The Stone Roses Pink Floyd - Dark Side of The Moon Deus - (any of the first three albums) Verve - Storm In Heaven Radiohead - OK Computer David Bowie - (again hard to pick a fave..) E.P.M.D - Strictly Business The Cure - (hard to pick a fave, something early though) Various Artists - Artificial Intelligence (1+2) Faith No More - The Real Thing Hijack - Horns of Jericho Future Sound of London - (probably I.S.D.N) sorry, more than 10 there.. I have a couple of thousand 12" records but they don't really count as albums. I might have to revisit this thread when I have thought about it a little more ![]() Last edited by Aurora75; 1st March 2010 at 06:18 AM. |
