Status quo were heavy metal in my book
and i like the fact that they can belt out a good tune without grunting and shouting

But heres a top tune now from Girls aloud for this Sunday afternoon

Girls Aloud - Racy Lacy

My fave song by the girls. Not a single, not even a regular album track, just a bonus track on the UK special edition album. It achieved cult status though and a slot in their live set.

Not too bad at all. The video reminds me of a film...not sure which one.

"Equinox (also known as The Equinox... A Journey into the Supernatural, and released on home video as The Beast) is a 1970 American independent horror film directed by Jack Woods and Dennis Muren, and starring Edward Connell, Barbara Hewitt, Frank Bonner and Robin Christopher. The plot focuses on four teenagers having a picnic in the canyons of California who stumble upon an ancient book containing secrets of a strange world that exists alongside humans, and consequently unleash a plethora of evil creatures and monsters."
