Probably the most bizarre Floyd story I heard is that the German financiers of Bloody Moon promised Franco that the Floyd were onboard to compose the soundtrack...of course it turned out not to be the case... Careful with that Sawmill Eugene anyone ?

Can we stop talking about Pink Floyd, it's triggering horrible flashbacks of my dad taking me to see "Live at Pompeii" at the cinema when I was a kid. We were the only two people there! On a happier note, I'm presently listening to "The Best of Bardot". This is triggering happier flashbacks to the topless poster of BB we had in the front room above the fire place in the early 70s! Kind of weird now that I think about it, but at the time it seemed as normal as all the Victorian lesbian erotica that was in the bathroom. |
