I'm not a hard-core Judas Priest fan and only have a few of their records, but didn't know Rob Halford was gay. It doesn't make a blind bit of difference as he can really rock and is one hell of a vocalist.

Some people are idiots. Who really gives a shit what someone does in their private life? There's a huge amount of homophobic attitude in both metal and hip-hop, arguably the prime music for disassociated youth and the oppressed minority. Oh the irony.

When I first heard that Halford was gay and Living After Midnight was a track about cruising for sex, it was so plainly obvious that I was amazed I never noticed before, haha. Just like Nothin' To Lose by KISS being about anal sex, haha.

Like Secret Chiefs 3? Like Mike Patton? Like Scott Walker? Like Jacques Brel?

Secret Chiefs 3 - La Chanson de Jacky (Ft. Mike Patton) - YouTube

This is incredible, mainly because I have always wanted to hear Patton do a Scott Walker song.

"Valerie and Her Week of Wonders" soundtrack. Still not watched the film yet but the music is amazing and seems to collect together all the threads of the different genres and styles I've been listening to for the past couple of years and distils them into a whole. Highly recommended.
