Can anyone recommend any desert rock albums that have been released in the past decade or so? Not QOTSA mind you. I used to have decent knowledge of the scene fifteen years ago but it's passed me by in recent times. |

Eagles of Death Metal are apparently (according to last fm) a 'super match' to Dessert sessions, they do feature Josh Homme but it's not QOTSA so it still meets your criteria

I don't know sorry I just did a 'if you like Desert sessions try...' google search and that's what it came up with. This is the sort of things that Google Play Music and Spotify are perfect for.
