Been having a debate with one of my band mates about whether or not they've tuned their guitars down for this song (and possibly the whole album), I don't think so personally, and I've not had chance to try learn to play it yet. The only reason I could think of is to accommodate Bruce's ageing voice (like Megadeth and Metallica have done over the last few years), either way I'm super excited for the album and next years as yet unannounced UK tour

His voice does sound more prominent than it has been on the last couple of albums.

I'm not the greatest fan of what Shirley does with Maiden as we've discussed before. They never seem to have the power of the Birch productions.

Completely agree, this to me sounds like it hasn't been mastered (much like A Matter of Life & Death), giving it a more live feel.
I wish Martin Birch would come out of retirement one last time
