Agreed.

Along with Reign in Blood, Hysteria, Appetite... and a few other examples of near perfect rock albums from the 80's.

Have there been any even half as good from the 00's? I would say not but any suggestions would be great.

Killers was my first album (not when it first came out mind you) but i distinctly remember watching 'The Clairvoyant' on The Chart Show (ITV Saturday mornings, remember that one??), I would have been 11 or 12!! I was surprised at how different it sounded to Killers and Number of the Beast but I loved it anyway

Can’t think of any off the top of my head from the 00’s, but I’d add Metallica’s And Justice For All album to the list you posted, the production may be pretty terrible with Newsteds bass completely cut out of the mix, but as far as Metallica is concerned it’s my favourite of theirs

*yawn*

I'd seen them live in concert twice before they released this LP!

I didn't want to see them on this tour because I didn't think they could ever top the shows promoting the 'Powerslave' album

That's because youngsters today know everything, and they never listen to anyone else

And remember this, you young whippersnapper: You will be old one day

'IRON MAIDEN' was the first LP of the band I bought. My brother had it first.
First single I bought by them was 'Women In Uniform'.

DELAIN have joined NIGHTWISH for some tour dates on the Latin American part of the 'Decades' tour.
Here's hoping that they support NIGHTWISH on the UK dates. That will be one awesome night!

Delain is also on tour with Kamelot and Battle Beast in America! That would be an excellent night too!
