I saw DELAIN in London last night.
Another great show. That's it for gigs this year. I missed a few. Sad I missed ARCH ENEMY this year.
Only gig booked for next year at the moment is IRON MAIDEN. Waiting on SAXON.

I really hope Saxon come to Dublin. I had one gog left this Thursday night but with the weather I don't fancy driving 200 miles so I'm going to give it a miss. I can't complain I have seen more gigs this year than any other year in my life.

I know we often talk about the very high prices of concert tickets nowadays, but it's interesting to find out that the money doesn't find its way to the artist. I was only made aware of this by the story that Kate Nash is supplementing her sell-out concert tour by selling photos of her bum on OnlyFans, just as Lily Allen has been doing with pictures of her feet.

Kate Nash was interviewed on the radio this morning and spoke about how the cost of accommodation and transport has massively increased, making touring much more expensive, to the point that a sellout concert is a loss-making activity for the artist if they don't sell enough T-shirts and other merchandise.

It's pretty crazy I have heard story's of venues wanting a percentage of merch sales too how crazy is that.

She should sleep on the tour bus. It's what rock bands have always done. She's not selling big enough venues to stay in hotels every night.

Declaring she's on OnlyFans is huge publicity for the tour which hasn't sold out despite it allegedly being a 'sell out concert tour'.

This is standard practice we have done it at our venue for over 20 years! It is usually like 10%
