I can't imagine Peaches being good in any kind of arena setting, she is definitely a club act.

I'm going to listen to some Pist.On to refresh my memory.

They sounded a little like Type O Negative on their first album, No. 1.

Just got our tickets to see Madness / Squeeze at the London 02 on December 20th

It will be 45 years to the day that I saw them for the first time (and 32 years since I last saw Squeeze) !

That's quite a variety of max attendances. The Victoria Warehouse holds about 3500 whilst Wembley is around 12000.

I'd have thought 3500 would be about their maximum. Especially when their biggest album success was number 54 in the chart over here.

Presumably parts of Wembley will be 'closed off'

I would imagine it's more of a status symbol for a band to be able to say 'yeah, we played Wembley arena' ... regardless of how many seats are available to the public !

The band will have to pay for the whole arena though. It will cost a hell of a lot more than hiring out a theatre or Academy size venue.

I would imagine they'll lose thousands if they don't come close to filling it.
