I really dislike the Mondays. That whole Madchester scene just did my head right in

I don't like them either! I did enjoy that Spike Island film that came out a couple of years ago though. It was like Detroit Rock City but set in Widnes

Strangely enough my summer playlist on apple music is a lot of the madchester and britpop scene, even though I was only a toddler when that music was big

Despite being a Metalhead, the Stone Roses are one of my favourite bands and John Squire is one of the biggest influences on my guitar playing style, never been a fan of the Happy Monday really but I do like the odd track by them

Feel the force this September at the Royal Albert Hall, as Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back is presented live in concert for the first time in the UK. The second instalment in the original trilogy of George Lucas’ classic saga will be projected in high-definition on the big screen, accompanied by the Philharmonia Orchestra and conductor Dirk Brossé – taking John Williams’ epic score to a breath taking new dimension.

Booked 2 tickets for Florence and The Machine as a surprise for my girlfriend, who’s birthday it is on Tuesday. Not a fan, but she is and I’m more than happy to spend a couple of days in Edinburgh
