The Uninvited was a bit of a surprise, but a welcome one. I'll be picking up it and Eyes Without A Face at the next B&N Criterion 50% Off in November.

Devil's Backbone arrived yesterday-lovely!

The illustration on the front of the booklet is superb and would have made a fantastic reversible sleeve!

Nice, Reaps.

I watched Paths of Glory last night and it looked stunning.

For sure. I've not got many of the Blu-rays but have had stacks of the DVDs and LaserDiscs over the years - they really are top of their game now.

Nothing there that interests me, although in a lot of ways I'm relieved, as I have a bit of a Criterion backlog that I want to address... I'll be hoping to plug some gaps in my collection during the next B&N sale in November.

I'm looking at getting:

Badlands
The Blob
Charade
Cul-de-sac
The Devil's Backbone
Down by Law
Eyes Without a Face
La Haine
Harold and Maude
Naked Lunch
Seconds
The Uninvited
Wages of Fear
Wild Strawberries
Paul@TheOverlook likes this.
