hmmm.. what to do. Still so sad I sold my velvet one.

Maybe it's just a repack of the amaray one. I'm sure we'll hear something soon enough.

Since I already have BLUTIGE SEIDE, here's some non-conflicting info

Audio is German, Italien and English (DD2.0), the English audio is only selectable directly from within the film. It's not mentioned on the cover or even in the menus. Only subtitle option is German.

I've already gotten the newsletter from Anolis' distributer i-catcher, saying that the hardbox will go out of print very soon. Of course, shops might have the movie for some more time but definitely not for long.

Their previous edition had English subs not selectable from the menu.
Strange...

I've also read that this edition will be a bare-bones-edition,so I guess there's no extras on the disc?

Now i'm even more confused, haha!

English audio is good but I'd like the Italian to be english-friendly too! Doesn't look like i'll have too long to decide either..

Seems only the extras that were on the EMS dvd are on this one.
People who don't understand German won't miss most of the extras though.

Yeah, the commentary and interview on the old version were never much good for me anyway.

Yes I do - I have the Harbox Edition version that'll be OOP soon - if you want me to, I can check the subtitle options again. The hardbox is a repack of the vanilla edition of thze film so that the supplements of the velvet version remain unique.
