Might be wrong but a lot of italian films at that time where dead/zombie and so where a lot of the directors related to these type of things.
Thats only reason can think why some films have the dead/zombie look on the cover when its nothing to do with the film so technically its false advertising really.
And can give the wrong impression if youre not familar with these type or similar films.

I went for Level 2 (large) when the campaign first appeared and, yesterday, added the Slasher Special separately.

Mine could have been a little neater on the join but in no way is it coming unstuck/apart, i saw it when it first arrived but thought nothing of it.
