Hmmmmm, Hex still not in stock. If it isn't in tomorrow, it'll be a bit of a slap in the face not getting it direct from 88 by the release date AND paying more for than if i'd bought it from Amazon.

Hi all,

I am a bit of a noob to 88 films (collect Arrow Video but wanting to branch to 88).

I know with Arrow Video, the booklets that accompany the releases are often limited edition and I wondered if it was the same for 88?

For example if I picked up a bunch of "5 for £30" 88 films in the HMV sale would I be getting the same product as a first run? I know not all releases contain booklets but I am just trying to find out for the ones that do, do they accompany all copies?

Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can start collecting!

Tbh, it's a gamble on whether you'll get one with a booklet or not, especially if it's been titles that have been out for a while. Plus, it doesn't help that some packaging hasn't been updated and still says a booklet is still included, when it isn't.
