Looks like 88 have decided to change the packaging for the Vault line. Instead of the black cases, they're going with the same style as the Asian collection. Nice to see confirmation that the reverse art will be free of the logo too.

Just got Delirium in 2 for £25 in hmv (along with city of the dead from arrow), been ages since i've seen it.

88 need to start throwing out more CAT III stuff uncut (one can dream). Still waiting for Bloody Parrot and would love to see Vengeance and other David Chiang/Ti Lung stuff.....but would it not be great to get an uncut version of Hong Kong Godfather?
Being a big fan of Japanese V-Cinema I would love to see some added too....maybe yet another sub-label?

Apparently a foreign label is releasing The Untold Story aka Bunman, on BD with the documentary as an extra. Day 1 purchase for me but I'll still hang on to my chopsticks and pork bun German special edition. Even today with our censors being so much better than they were before I just don't see a couple of scenes getting through unscathed. My favourite Cat 3 film.

I think I read something the other week possibly on Facebook that The Mercenary currently has "legal issues" with the rights, sometimes these things only come to light once a title has been announced and the companies involved are actively working on a title. 88 had previously announced David Hess's Silent Night only to discover that the guy who sold them the rights didn't actually own the rights. It's happened to a few labels over the years.
